🌿 Returns & Refund Policy – FORHN

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at forhn.handmade@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

• Returned items must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with all original tags and labels attached(not cut or removed from the product).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our studio in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

• Original shipping cost was paid to the carrier for delivery from Vietnam and is non-refundable.

• A 15% restocking and return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Every item is handmade with care to ensure quality. While return fees may feel inconvenient, they help us maintain fair policies and support the work involved in producing and processing handmade garments.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund:

• Custom color orders
• Custom length orders
• Personalized items
• Custom request products
• Any item returned in used, washed, damaged, altered, or tag-removed condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method if all return conditions have been met.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• The 15% restocking and return processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for sizing, fit, color preference, or change-of-mind requests.

If you receive an incorrect item, incorrect color, or an item with a manufacturing defect caused by our team, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost to you.

International return shipping can be expensive. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, color, or customization, please contact us before placing your order. We're always happy to help.
