Since our studio is located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, standard international shipping usually takes about 2–3 weeks after shipped (sometimes sooner, depending on the postal system).
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays, which are beyond our control.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order
• We recommend using a physical address (no PO Boxes) to avoid delivery issues.
• We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses.
