By accessing and placing an order with FORHN, you agree to the following terms.

📏 Sizing:

We use our own standard FORHN body measurements, not garment flat measurements.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

We use our own FORHN Size Guide (cm and inches). For the best fit, please refer closely to your body measurements, especially:
• Chest (V1)
• Waist (V2)
• Hips (V3)
• Length

US sizing varies between brands, so following measurements is the most accurate way to select your size.
Size recommendations are provided as guidance only and do not guarantee a specific fit preference.

📌 Important Fit Notes

• Finished pieces are sewn to fit true to size or slightly roomier for comfort.
• Fit preference varies by person, so while we always try our best, we cannot guarantee a “perfect fit” for everyone.
• As a handmade online shop, we cannot measure customers in person and therefore rely on the size chart provided. We understand that finding the perfect fit when shopping online can sometimes be challenging, and we're always happy to help. If you're unsure about sizing, between sizes, or have any questions, simply message us or leave your measurements in the notes box, and we'll do our best to recommend the most suitable size for you.💡Please email us before ordering!

🚚 Shipping

Orders are shipped from Vietnam with tracking.

Estimated delivery time:
• USA: typically 10–14 days after shipment
• Most international destinations: approximately 2–3 weeks after shipment

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays, which are beyond our control.

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order

• We recommend using a physical address (no PO Boxes) to avoid delivery issues.

• We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses.

🌟Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are not collected by FORHN at checkout.

Please note that customs regulations vary by country, and we are unable to determine in advance whether fees will be charged or how much they may be.

For destinations where customs fees are more commonly applied (such as the EU countries, and certain other regions), we may send a courtesy email after your order is placed to remind you that additional charges may apply upon import.

If you prefer not to proceed with your order due to potential customs charges, please reply to our email before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, our standard Returns & Refund Policy will apply.

💫Lost In-transit or Delayed Packages

If your order is delayed or hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us via email .

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and work with you toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are accepted before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and our Returns & Refund Policy will apply.

Custom Orders

Items made with custom lengths, custom colors, personalized details, or special requests are made specifically for the customer and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order details.

Product Variations

Because each item is handmade, minor variations in stitching, fabric texture, color tone, pattern placement, and measurements may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Please note that actual colors may vary due to differences in monitor settings, browser settings, and natural outdoor lighting.

All products may carry a natural ±1–2 cm(~0.5-0.7 in) variation due to their handmade nature and fabric properties.
