• Our sizing follows standard FORHN body measurements, not garment flat measurements.
• Finished pieces are sewn to fit true to size or slightly roomier for comfort.
• Fit preference varies by person, so while we always try our best, we cannot guarantee a “perfect fit” for everyone.
• As a small handmade shop, we cannot measure customers directly — we rely entirely on our size chart.

- Larger sizes (L-XXXL) cost more due to additional fabric and increased shipping weight.

Care Instructions:
- 🧼 Suitable for machine or hand washing. Avoid washing with rough materials and wash gently. 🧺 With washing machine: In washing bag, please choose Silk / Gentle mode washing option.
✨We recommend always hand washing in cool water - this will preserve the life of the garment and the saturation of its color.
- Separate dark and light colors when washing. Avoid strong detergents.
- Keep away from sharp objects or surfaces that may damage the fabric.
-Best with steaming iron.
Iron slightly on the wrong side (the inside), with lowest temperature setting for silk, avoid high heat to prevent damage.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- 🕒 Return within 30 days of delivery.

• Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item at forhn.handmade@gmail.com to initiate a return.

•🔖 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original labels intact (not cut or removed from the product).

• 🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our studio in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

• A $6.4 return processing fee per item will be applied

• Original shipping fees from Vietnam are non-refundable

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

*Not Eligible for Returns: "Custom products: Color/Length", personalized orders, and "Custom Request" items.

Notes: International return shipping can be costly, so we recommend reaching out to us before placing your order if you have any questions about sizing or fit — we’re always happy to help.
